SHIPPING POLICIES
Access to the Website and the purchase of products imply acceptance of these Shipping Policies, which constitute an integral and substantial part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Please note that product prices and applicable shipping fees are those displayed on the Website at the time the User submits the Order to the Seller.
These policies apply equally to both Consumer and Non-Consumer Users.
Shipping times, costs, duties, and other applicable charges are outlined below.
Processing and shipping times
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided to the Seller containing your order number.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Subsequently, the Seller will assign your Order to a courier — selected and appointed at the Seller’s sole discretion — for delivery to the address you provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that standard delivery times may be subject to variation in the following cases:
- shipments to remote or hard-to-reach areas;
- peak periods such as Christmas holidays or summer months.
Once the parcel has been collected by the courier, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
If more than 14 business days have passed since the courier took charge of the parcel and you have not yet received it, please contact us promptly at: support@gstoolshop.com and mbe818@mbe.it.
We will identify the problem and provide you with the best support as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs – Italy and EU Countries
Shipping costs for deliveries within Italy and the European Union are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, based on:
- the geographical destination of the shipment;
- the number and weight of the items ordered.
Shipping costs for non-EU countries
Shipping costs for the delivery of products from this Website to a non-EU country do not include any customs duties or other sales taxes, so the additional cost of customs clearance will be borne exclusively by the User. The Seller invites Users residing, domiciled or staying in a non-EU country to contact the competent authorities in their country of residence or destination of the products in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied in their country.

The choice of courier depends on the destination and nature of the shipment. The Seller’s most frequently used logistics partners include:
- GLS
- SDA
- UPS
- TNT
- DHL
- FedEx
Important Notices
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. The shipping address may differ from the billing address but must be correctly entered.
- The Seller shall not be held liable for delivery delays due to incorrect addresses, form-entry errors, or delays caused by customs or other control authorities.
- In the event of an error in entering the shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@gstoolshop.com and no later than 24 hours from order confirmation. If the order has not yet been handed over to the courier, we will make every effort to correct the address promptly.
- If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, you must accept it with reservation. Failure to do so may result in the Seller being unable to process any return or refund requests.
- Shipping costs will not be reimbursed if the parcel is returned to the Seller due to any of the following:
- incorrect or incomplete shipping address;
- recipient unavailable after two delivery attempts, despite delivery notifications;
- refusal to accept the order.
These Shipping Policies are effective from the date of publication on the Website and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Seller.
