Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is currently available to Italy and Europe (including non-EU countries such as San Marino, the Vatican, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, and the Principality of Monaco). We are working to make our products accessible worldwide.

How can I track my order?

The tracking number for your shipment will be provided directly by the MBE forwarder to the email address provided when placing the order.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Once payment is received, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days, after which it will be handed over to the courier for delivery, which, depending on your area, may take 2-14 business days.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse the products you’re interested in and add them to your cart by following the steps suggested on the site. Subsequently, during the purchase phase, once you have confirmed your cart, you will be asked for all the necessary information for billing and shipping. The order will then be processed within 1-3 business days and handed over to the courier.

How can I return a product?

Our products can only be returned after having ascertained a proven malfunction or a serious manufacturing defect. For further information, please report the issue to the following email address: support@gstoolshop.com, indicating “RETURN / order number” in the subject of the email. Subsequently, based on the nature of the problem, we will evaluate possible solutions together.
