RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Access to this Website and the purchase of products imply full acceptance of the present Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral and substantial part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
This policy applies equally to both Consumer Users and Non-Consumer Users falling within the categories listed below.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please carefully inspect the contents of the package upon delivery.
Contact us immediately at support@gstoolshop.com if:

  • the product is damaged,
  • you received a different product than the one you ordered.

Your request will be processed within 48 business hours, after which we will assess the issue and provide you with appropriate assistance.

RETURN CONDITIONS

You may return one or more items that are damaged or incorrect within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns will be accepted by the Seller only if the following conditions are met:

  • the item is damaged or not as described in the order;
  • the item is returned with the original label and undamaged packaging;
  • the item is accompanied by a copy of the receipt or valid proof of purchase.

How to start a return request?

Your request will be processed within 48 business hours. If approved, you will receive an email: support@gstoolshop.com with detailed instructions on:

  • the return shipping address;
  • how to properly prepare the return shipment.

Once you receive the return instructions, you must send the item within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in the return being refused.

Important:
Do not send any item back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

REPLACEMENTS

If you wish to receive a replacement item, please contact us at support@gstoolshop.com and:

  1. request a return of the original item; or
  2. After consultation with the Seller, place a new order for the desired item as a separate purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time beyond our stated timeframe.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at support@gstoolshop.com

Please note: that refunds cover the cost of the returned product only and do not include shipping fees or other charges, unless otherwise specified.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery or freight collect returns, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). In such cases, we will confirm by email that:

• the return may be shipped at our expense, or
• a prepaid return label will be provided, or
• a collection will be scheduled by one of our partner couriers.
In all other cases, customers must use a traceable shipping service and retain the shipment receipt until the return is confirmed as received.

POLICY CHANGES
This Return and Refund Policy is effective from the date of its publication on the Website. The Seller reserves the right to amend it at any time, without prior notice.
